I don't know if you realize it, but we signed the contract on October 30th and closed on November 26th, less than one monthy.  We were settled into our cute little bungalow before Christmas. 

Each time Jerry or I called you with a question or if we asked to see property you made yourself available.  You have truley gone abover and beyond what I would consider "the norm."

Thank you for making our move to Sand Springs a very pleasant experience.
